Obituary of Walter Joseph DUCEDRE
Ducedre, Walter (Jr) 1955 - 2020 It is with sad and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Wally. Survived by Mom, Nina (Walter Sr 2008), Loving husband of Lia Ducedre (Clinansmith). Dearest Dad of Shawn and Shae Lynn Ducedre and Geoff, Derek and Trevor Cossette. Brother to Karen and Nick Lambropolous, Brian Ducedre and friend Javier, Paul and Mary Ann Ducedre. Brother-in-law to Larry and Lindy Sekersky. Many nephews and nieces, uncles and aunts and cousins survive. Special mentor to Cyle Meloche. Wally had many friends and colleagues in his 45 year career at FCA(Chrysler Canada) and he made new friends in his 1 year career with Commissionaires. He was a very proud member of Unifor local 444 and Public Service Alliance of Canada(PSAC). Wally was active with Riverside Minor Baseball Association and was voted a Coach's Award. He loved his sports including his beloved Montreal Canadians, Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions. Wally was a gregarious, genuine man with a great smile and a heart of gold. He truly loved people and loved to laugh with them. He is and will always be missed. Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held in Windsor at a later summer date in Windsor. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may do so by making a donation to Hospice Victoria or Hospice Windsor.
