How early do we need to make a reservation?
You can make a reservation during our business hours. Holidays may require a week notice.
Where can I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, you can scan the QR code above, call us, send an email, or do a walk-in and we can do it for you!
What do I need to bring for my cutie's stay?
You can bring food, treats, any toy, blanket, or comfort item like a t-shirt! The scent can provide a comforting feeling for your cuties. You can also bring bedding, just be aware if it's too big, we may not be able to fit it in their suites.
Can my cuties stay together in the same suite?
Yes, your cuties can stay together, for more details call us at 210 - 420 - 2857.
What are the pick up / drop off times?
Cuties can be picked up and dropped off at any time during our business hours on weekdays.
Where do I pick up / drop off my cutie?
Cuties can be picked up and dropped off depending on what suite they are staying in; luxury suites are located in the front in unit 101, cutie suites are located in the back in unit 204.
What vaccines are required?
The vaccines required for dogs are Bordetella, Rabies, and DHLPP. The vaccines required for cats are FVRCP and Rabies.
Does my dog need to be fixed?
No, we do not require it.
Do you guys do military discount?
Yes, we give a 10% off discount on any reservation!
Do you guys have group play?
Yes, but we would need your consent as well as other cuties' parent consent.
