1. Introduction

Cut2Love is a marriage compatibility and relationship advice application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

We collect: account information (such as your name and login credentials); profile information including religion, ethnicity, hobbies, height, weight, diet, relationship preferences and other compatibility responses; and information needed to provide compatibility assessments. We do not collect home addresses, employment details or dates of birth.

3. Potential Partner Profiles

The app supports two methods: (a) you may invite a potential partner using a secure link so they can create and submit their own profile after accepting our terms and privacy policy; or (b) you may create a generic 'preferred partner' profile describing the characteristics you seek. Generic preference profiles are not intended to identify a specific individual.

4. Sensitive Information

Religion and ethnicity are treated as sensitive profile information. By creating or completing a profile, you consent to Cut2Love processing this information solely to provide compatibility analysis and marriage advice.

5. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account, generate compatibility scores, provide personalised relationship advice, improve the service, respond to support requests, and maintain account security.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment card or banking details.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your profile information with third parties except where required by law or to trusted service providers necessary to operate the app under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), to protect your information.

9. Retention and Deletion

We retain account and profile information while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated profile information by contacting us or using in-app account deletion option.

10. Your Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing in accordance with applicable law.
