Custom Remote Control for PC is an Android application developed by Devallone. The application allows users to control a Windows computer from an Android phone or tablet through a local Wi-Fi or local network connection.

This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information and device permissions.

1. Personal Information

Custom Remote Control for PC does not require users to create an account.

Devallone does not require users to provide personal information such as:

• Email address

• Phone number

• Home address

• Date of birth

• Payment information

The application does not sell personal information to third parties.

2. Local Network Communication

The application communicates with Custom Remote Control Server, which runs on the user's Windows computer.

Communication normally occurs directly between the Android device and the computer through the same local Wi-Fi or local network.

• Local server names

• Connection status

• Local device discovery information

This information is used only to establish and maintain communication between the Android device and the user's computer.

Devallone does not receive this local network traffic on its own servers.

4. Text and Keyboard Input

When the user uses the remote keyboard or a custom text command, text entered into the application may be transmitted to the connected Windows computer.

This information is used only to perform the requested remote-control action.

Devallone does not collect, store, or read the text entered by users.

Users should avoid entering sensitive information when they do not trust the computer or local network to which they are connected.

5. Screen Mirroring

Custom Remote Control for PC can display the Windows computer screen inside a remote-control layout.

Screen images are streamed directly from the user's computer to the Android device over the local network.

Screen-mirroring content is not uploaded to Devallone servers and is not stored by Devallone.

6. Camera Permission

The application may request access to the device camera for QR-code scanning.

Camera access is used only to scan connection QR codes generated by Custom Remote Control Server.

The application does not use the camera to:

• Record videos

• Take photographs for storage

• Perform facial recognition

• Upload camera images to Devallone

Camera access is activated only when required for QR-code scanning.

7. Local Network Discovery

The application may use network-related Android permissions to discover computers running Custom Remote Control Server on the same local network.

These permissions are used for functionality such as:

• Automatic server discovery

• Connecting to a computer

• Determining connection availability

• Communicating with the Windows server

Local network information is not sold or used for advertising.

8. QR Codes and Pairing Information

Users may connect to their computer using:

• Automatic discovery

• QR-code scanning

• Manual IP address entry

• Port information

• Pairing tokens

Pairing information is used only for establishing the connection between the Android application and Custom Remote Control Server.

Users should not publicly share their pairing information.

9. Custom Remote Profiles

Custom Remote Control Server can synchronize custom remote layouts with the Android application.

Remote information may include:

• Icons

• Colors

• Backgrounds

• Button positions

• Button sizes

Devallone does not maintain a cloud database containing the user's remote profiles.

An internet connection is not required for normal local remote-control communication once the required applications are installed.

Certain external functions may require internet access, for example:

• Opening the Devallone website

• Opening the Google Play listing

• Downloading or updating the application

• Accessing documentation or support pages

Those services may operate under their own privacy policies.

11. Advertising

Custom Remote Control for PC does not use the user's remote-control activity, keyboard input, screen-mirroring content, or local network commands for targeted advertising.

If advertising services are added to a future version of the application, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

12. Analytics and Tracking

Devallone does not use the application to track the user's activity across other applications or websites.

The application does not intentionally create advertising profiles based on remote-control activity.

Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process technical information related to application installation, updates, security, crashes, or store usage according to Google's own privacy policies.

13. Data Sharing

Devallone does not sell users' personal information.

Remote-control commands, screen-mirroring data, keyboard input, and custom remote layouts are not intentionally shared with advertising companies or data brokers.

Local communication occurs between the Android device and the Windows computer selected by the user.

14. Data Retention

Because Devallone does not operate a cloud account system for Custom Remote Control for PC, Devallone does not maintain a central database containing users' remote-control activity.

Some application preferences or connection settings may be stored locally on the Android device so that the application can function correctly.

Users can normally remove locally stored application information by:

• Clearing the application's storage through Android settings, or

• Uninstalling the application.

15. Security

The application is designed primarily for use on trusted local networks.

Users should only connect to computers and Wi-Fi networks they trust.

No electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting access to their devices, computers, and local networks.
