Custom emojis you design are saved only when you choose to export them to your device’s photo gallery.

2. Data Processing
All emoji creation, editing, and image rendering occurs locally on your device.
No cloud processing, background uploads, or remote servers are involved.

Because we do not collect any data, we do not share any data with third parties.
Sharing Feature Disclaimer
When you use the App’s Share feature, your device’s native sharing system is used to send images to apps of your choice (e.g., messaging or social media apps).
We do not access, monitor, or control this process, and any data shared is handled according to the receiving app’s privacy policy.

All data remains on your device
Saved images are stored in your device’s gallery (e.g., Pictures/EmojiMaker)
No cloud backups
No remote servers
No data retention by us
You may delete your emojis at any time using your device’s file manager or gallery app.

The App may request the following permission:
Storage Access (Android 9 and below):
Required solely to save emoji images to your device gallery.
On Android 10 and later, the App uses scoped storage, which does not require broad storage permission.
No other permissions are requested.
6. Third-Party Services
Custom Emoji Designer does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services, including but not limited to:
Analytics platforms
Advertising networks
Social media SDKs
Crash reporting tools
Cloud services
As a result, no third-party data collection occurs within the App.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Because no data is collected, Custom Emoji Designer is safe for users of all ages and complies with applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA.
