Privacy Policy — US Tariff & Customs Duty

Acamue provides the US Tariff & Customs Duty app, also referred to as Custom Duty United States or Custom Duty Pro. Contact: acamue1088@gmail.com.
Information used by the app
The app does not require a personal account. It uses local storage for preferences, favorites, search history and a generated device identifier. Searches and estimates send the information necessary for the request to our customs-information API, including search terms or HTS codes and, for professional estimates, origin country and declared customs value. Servers receive technical connection information such as IP addresses.
Firebase Analytics records app usage events, including searches, viewed tariff codes, calculator activity, declared values and estimated duty amounts, exports and purchase-related events. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and technical diagnostics such as device and operating-system information. Do not enter confidential personal or business information in search fields.
The free experience uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad-interaction data, and technical crash and performance diagnostics. These providers use data for advertising and marketing services, analytics and service reliability. Advertising use is subject to applicable permissions, consent choices and the providers' policies. An active Custom Duty Pro subscription removes the app's banner and interstitial advertisements.
Apple or Google processes subscription payments. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. RevenueCat processes an app-generated user identifier, store transaction and receipt information, subscription status, and associated technical data to validate access and restore purchases.
If you enable HTS change alerts, the app requests notification permission. Our API receives the watched HTS code, generated device identifier, RevenueCat user identifier, and a Firebase Cloud Messaging push token when notifications are enabled. These records support subscription validation and tariff-change alerts.
PDF reports are generated by the app and may be saved, printed or shared through destinations you select. Information shared by you is subject to the receiving service's policies.
Purposes and service providers
Information supports tariff searches, estimates, favorites, alerts, subscription validation, advertising, reliability and product improvement. The app uses Google/Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat and Apple or Google billing services. Data may be processed outside your country according to the providers' infrastructure and legal safeguards.

Choices and deletion requests
You can remove favorites and watched tariff lines using the app's controls, manage notification permission in device settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account. Canceling a subscription is separate from deleting app data. Uninstalling removes local app data but does not automatically erase cloud records, store transactions or information held by service providers.
Where an Ad privacy choices option is available in the app menu, you can reopen it to review regional advertising privacy choices. Google determines when this entry point is required and available. Device settings also allow you to manage applicable tracking and notification permissions.
Contact acamue1088@gmail.com for access or deletion requests and describe the data involved. Do not email passwords or payment-card information. We may need information sufficient to locate the relevant anonymous app or device record. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, transaction verification or legal obligations. Provider-controlled records are also governed by the providers' policies and available privacy controls.
Retention and security
Local data remains until removed through app/device controls. Cloud and service-provider data is retained as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable obligations, subject to configured retention settings. We use HTTPS for API connections and reasonable safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This app is intended for adult importers, exporters and other people researching customs information, not for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so the concern can be reviewed.
Updates
We may update this policy when the app, providers or data practices change. The published page will identify the effective date of the current policy.
