Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how our application (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your personal data, in strict compliance with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i).
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
## 1. What Data We Collect
Our App is designed to minimize data collection. We **do not** require you to create an account, and we **do not** collect personal identifiers such as your name, phone number, email address, or physical address.
The only data the App collects and transmits is:
- **Text Prompts:** The text descriptions and keywords you type into the App to generate AI-based designs and visuals.
- **Usage Data (Analytics/Crash Logs):** Anonymous, non-identifying technical data (e.g., app crash reports, device type, OS version) to help us improve app stability.
## 2. How We Collect Your Data
- **Text Prompts:** This data is collected directly and only when you actively type a description into the text field and explicitly tap the "Generate" button.
- **Usage Data:** This is collected automatically in the background through standard Apple crash reporting tools, provided you have opted in via your device settings.
## 3. How We Use Your Data
- **Text Prompts:** Your text prompts are used **exclusively** to generate the visual image you requested. We do not use your text prompts for advertising, nor do we link them to your personal identity.
- **Usage Data:** Used solely for debugging, improving app performance, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
## 4. Third-Party AI Services (Who Your Data is Sent To)
To generate high-quality AI images, your **text prompts** must be processed by external artificial intelligence providers. The App does not perform image generation locally on your device.
Before any text prompt is sent, the App presents an explicit consent modal. By agreeing, you grant permission for the App to transmit your text prompt to the following specific third-party services:
1. **OpenAI, LLC (OpenAI API):**
- *Purpose:* Your raw text prompt is securely sent to OpenAI to enhance, format, and optimize the description for better visual results.
- *Data Shared:* Only the text prompt.
2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs models):**
- *Purpose:* The enhanced text prompt is securely sent to Replicate's API to render and generate the final image you see on your screen.
- *Data Shared:* Only the enhanced text prompt.
**Equal Protection Guarantee:**
We confirm that the third parties we share your data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of your user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are strictly prohibited from using your prompts to identify you personally. Furthermore, data sent via their APIs is used transiently solely to fulfill your generation request and is **not** used to train their public AI models, in accordance with their enterprise API terms.
## 5. Explicit User Consent
We prioritize your consent. The App will **never** transmit your text prompts to OpenAI or Replicate without first presenting a clear disclosure inside the App and obtaining your explicit permission. If you decline, your data will not be sent, though the AI generation feature will not function.
## 6. Data Storage and Deletion
- **Local Storage:** Generated images and your design history are saved locally on your device. We do not store your generated images on our remote servers.
- **Your Rights:** Because all generated data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can permanently delete all your data simply by deleting the App from your device or by clearing your gallery inside the App.
## 7. Photos Library Access
If you choose to save a generated design to your device, the App will request "Add Only" or "Write" permission to your Photos library.
- The App **only** saves the specific image you explicitly select.
- The App **does not** read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos.
## 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via an update to the App.
