At the beginning of the Renaissance, science flourished, especially in the western world. She discovered, invented and brought us to the point where we are, as a society and as earth. New inventions and discoveries only jam because people had a dream, were curious, and were thirsty for new things. Most all-natural science is based on someone discovering something that was groundbreaking for the future. Gravitational force is a good example of this. Isaac Newton was lying under a tree, as the story says when an apple fell for him. He wanted to know why and discovered the force of gravity. The antibiotic, one of the most important drugs of the 21st century, was found by chance and inspired its discoverer to develop this important drug. The dream of some, the courage and the will brought man to where he is today. Without these visionaries, these fightersagainst ignorance, we would still be the primitive beings we once were. So why, today in our society, innovation is still rejected and progress is seen as something negative. Well, the reason for this probably lies deep in being human. The will to survive and the greed for security not only brought a plague to humanity. But as history shows, see the revolutions of the 19th and 20th centuries, with the right method, a further step can be taken into a real utopia. It is of course clear that a utopia cannot be achieved. But the fact that an ideal has been set as a goal helps to make significant progress. An example of this is the People's Republic of China, even if you may not be pursuing a good goal. The Chinese people's clear version of what their future should look like gave them their current level of development, which is unique today. Never before has a GDP risen so sharply and a country becomes so politically powerful. This attitude of determination, which we Germans once had, was to experience a resurrection. You should set yourself a goal, adjust it if necessary and do everything to achieve it and make the dream come true.
