Reimbursement

There are 3 ways to request reimbursement from Cumberland Parent Council:

1) Use this online Google form (preferred);

2) Email your request to receipts@cumberlandparentcouncil.org (include your name, address to receive check (or indicate school mailbox), reason for reimbursement, and attach your receipt); or

3) Use the blue reimbursement form available here or in the teachers lounge (middle drawer of the Parent Council Resource Center to the right of the mailboxes).
