CUBES VEO is provided by Pro Dynamics Technology LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how CUBES VEO accesses, stores, uses, and shares information.

Information The App Stores Locally

CUBES VEO is an offline-first retail point-of-sale app. The app may store the following data on the user's device:

• Business settings and receipt settings.

• Product catalog, inventory quantities, and inventory movement history.

• Sales, payments, receipts, refunds, dayend records, and reports.

• Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses if the user enters them.

• Local app users and roles.

• License activation status and generated device identity.

• Gmail connection tokens when the user enables Gmail PDF sending.

Information Sent Over The Internet

CUBES VEO's core sale and inventory workflows are designed to work offline. Internet access may be used for:

• License activation. The app may send a license key, generated device identity, device label, app version, and activation timestamp to the license service.

• Gmail PDF sending. If the user connects Gmail and chooses to email a PDF, the app sends the selected PDF, recipient address, sender account, subject, and message content through Google's Gmail API.

The app does not use Bluetooth, Gmail, or license activation data for advertising, analytics, tracking, or user profiling.

Bluetooth

CUBES VEO may request Bluetooth permission to connect to paired receipt printers. Bluetooth is used only for receipt and report printing.

Sharing

CUBES VEO does not sell user data. Data may be shared only in these cases:

• With the license activation service to activate and validate app usage.

• With Google Gmail services when the user explicitly sends a PDF by email.

• With support staff if the user chooses to provide exported backup files or diagnostic details for support.

• If required by law.

Security

CUBES VEO stores business data locally on the device. Gmail token material is stored using secure storage provided by the platform. Internet communication should use HTTPS in production. Users are responsible for securing device access, app passwords, and backup files.

Retention And Deletion

Most business data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it, clears app data, uninstalls the app, or uses available app cleanup tools. Users may request help deleting license records or support-held data by contacting info@pdtuae.com.

Children's Privacy

CUBES VEO is intended for business use by retail staff and owners. It is not directed to children.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted at the same public URL used in the Google Play listing.
