A little about me, Christopher. I have a long background in building/facility maintenance and management and was even ASE certified at one point, having worked as a GM mechanic. 

I have done everything from asphalt sealing and pressure washing, to drywall, tile and laminate flooring installation and a long list of other things.

My wife is the cleaning side of things and the brains behind this whole endeavor and a lot of other things to be honest. 

Together we are C & T Property Services., a husband-wife team serving Asheville and the surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience in the trades, we started C&T Property Services to bring quality, reliable home and property maintenance to our community. 

We believe in doing the job right the first time, treating every home with care and respect, and building lasting relationships with our clients.
