About me: As of Summer 2023, I am blessed to be a Research Assistant Professor with the Spectrum Dominance Division of the Virginia Tech National Security Institute. I received my PhD from Virginia Tech in 2023, during which I studied online learning-based cognitive radar under the supervision of R. Michael Buehrer.

My main research interest is the application of sequential decision making to wireless systems and networks. I also enjoy radar signal processing, communication theory, and estimation theory. More broadly, I am interested in leveraging all kinds of developments in applied mathematics to improve information systems.

For more information, please see my previous publications or contact me at the address above.
