The call originally scheduled for today was to be a meeting of the five Cluster Groups. However, all the Cluster Group leaders are present for a retreat with the Alliance team of consultants. The call was broadcast from the retreat site in Arkansas, with Cluster Group leaders addressing the entire ECI Learning Community.
