TSYS School of Computer Science at Columbus State University will hold a summer camp from June 3rd to 7th, 2024 supported by NSA GenCyber program.

Program Objectives:
Broadening Cybersecurity Awareness: Engage middle school girls through history and storytelling to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity.
Target Audience: 6th-8th grade girls with limited or no prior knowledge of cybersecurity.
Igniting Interest in Cybersecurity Careers: Inspire participants to explore careers in cybersecurity.
Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership skills, empowering girls to become cybersecurity ambassadors.
Promoting Diversity in Cybersecurity Workforce: Focus on female students to contribute to a more diverse workforce in the field.
Encouraging Ethical Online Behavior: Instill the importance of appropriate online etiquette among participating students.
