Oral Presentations

Participants can choose to present their oral presentations with online/virtual meeting. This flexibility ensures that presenters can participate in a manner that best suits their circumstances and preferences.

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations are mandatory to be conducted online. This ensures that attendees can engage directly with the presenters on their booth, fostering a more interactive and impactful exchange of ideas.

Registration:

• Registration for CSS 2026 is required to attend the conference. Ensure you complete the registration process by the deadlines specified: Abstract Submission by 31 September 2026, Presenters and Poster Submission by 14 October 2026, and Registration for Participant by 18 October 2026.

Fees:

• All registration fees must be paid by the deadlines to secure your participation. Payment details and options will be provided during the registration process.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our detailed refund policy for more information.

Conference Changes:

• CSS 2026 reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, venue, or schedule. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants.

Liability:

• CSS 2026 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Photography and Recording:

• By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and professional environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the conference.

Data Protection:

• Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes. For details on our data protection practices, please review our privacy policy.

• Conference participants as non-presenters and Participants as Authors (Oral presenter and Poster presenter) can make payments directly via Bank transfer and upload proof of payment during the registration process.

• The payment deadline is set on 18 October 2026 along with the registration deadline.

Please note that the only mandatory payment required at the time of registration is the registration fee. Publication fees will be processed only after the manuscript has undergone several review stages. These fees are subject to change, and any updates will be officially communicated via email.
