What’s the Story?

Swoosh! Effluent is water that has been treated (gone through a cleaning process) and released back out into the water cycle. Water flows from the end of a big pipe, and with all that water pressure, becomes mist that evaporates up into the air. As water vapor, it slowly rises into Earth’s atmosphere and becomes part of the clouds.
