At FLOW Lab, Institute of Computer Science, University of Tartu, our research is dedicated to pioneering data-driven solutions for urban mobility challenges. We place a strong emphasis on a human-centered vision and the promotion of active mobility. 

We utilize a range of scientific techniques, including machine learning, network science, optimization, and probabilistic modelling, all applied to complex urban settings for the modelling and forecasting of human mobility.

Our mission is to identify and address urban problems, contributing to the evolution of smarter, more sustainable, and more livable cities. 

We are in close collaboration with ITS Lab, Institute of Computer Science, University of Tartu.
