FMGames (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile game Crystal Tumble.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Crystal Tumble.
Crystal Tumble is primarily an offline game. We do not require users to create an account, and we do not directly request personal information such as your name, home address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
However, third-party services integrated into the game may automatically process certain technical information.
Crystal Tumble uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and interstitial advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
device and advertising identifiers;
app interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad views;
device and application diagnostic information;
information used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Users who purchase the Remove Ads option will no longer receive the advertising formats covered by that purchase.

Crystal Tumble may offer optional purchases, including virtual items and the Remove Ads purchase.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
We do not directly receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.
The game may receive limited purchase information from Google Play, such as purchase status, product identifier, transaction information, or purchase receipt information, for the purpose of confirming purchases and unlocking purchased content.
Crystal Tumble stores certain gameplay information locally on your device, which may include:
game progress, unlocked levels, virtual currency, boosters, game settings, audio preferences, reward timers, and purchase entitlement status.
This information is primarily used to provide game functionality and may be lost if the application is removed, application data is cleared, or the device is reset unless a platform feature provides backup functionality.
We may use integrity and anti-tampering mechanisms to help detect unauthorized modification of game data, fraudulent purchases, cheating, or manipulation of application files.
Information processed through the game or its service providers may be used to:
provide and maintain game functionality; save progress and preferences; process and verify purchases; display and manage advertising; measure application and advertising performance; diagnose crashes or technical problems; prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, or unauthorized modification; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Crystal Tumble may use third-party services including:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for advertising and related measurement services.
Google Play Billing / Google Play for processing in-app purchases.
These companies may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We do not sell users' personal information.
Android users may be able to reset or delete their advertising identifier or manage advertising privacy options through their device or Google account settings.
Advertising availability and personalization may also depend on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's advertising policies.
We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect locally stored game data and purchase information against unauthorized modification or misuse.

Most game progress and preference information is stored locally on the user's device.

Crystal Tumble does not intentionally ask users to provide personal information directly through the game.
If the game is offered to children or audiences that include children, advertising and data processing will be configured in accordance with applicable Google Play, Google AdMob, and child privacy requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information processed about you, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Because most Crystal Tumble gameplay information is stored locally, users can generally remove locally stored game information by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.
Requests concerning information independently processed by Google may also need to be submitted directly to Google.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, applicable laws, or third-party services change.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published at the same Privacy Policy URL and the effective date above will be updated.
