Choose the appropriate version of the report that i.e. 64bit or 32bit depending on your application. Download the runtime from the above link and save it to a folder on your hard disk. Unzip the content.

helped I have installed the last version of crystal report when I want to create a report viewer in the form issue tells me that crystaldecisions.shared version=13.0.2.000000

I have the latest framework installed

and crystal runtime the same version of crystal report

I have tried all thing but nothing solved

 thanks

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 web/app server with 'Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit) 13.0.17.2096' which is used for running reports and printing. Every so often users can't run reports or print and an IIS restart resolves it temporarily. I'd like the narrow this down to CR as the culprit by restarting only CR when the issues exist but I see no way to do so. There's no CR service, process, anything I can find to try restarting.

Replacing/Uninstalling a Later Service Pack with an Older One:

You can upgrade any service pack by installing a later one. If you need to install a previous service pack (like go from SP20 to SP3), you will need to manually uninstall (and clean up) the later service pack/runtime engine... then install the previous one. Please follow the steps in this KB article to install a previous service pack:

SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework is required to display Crystal Reports at the end of the model run. In past versions of Arena, Crystal reports was automatically installed during the Arena installation process. That is no longer the case. It is now a separate step in installing Arena 16.1. Install Arena by selecting the MediaImage folder > autorun.exe.

Maybe sometimes you need to include the crystal reports runtime in your application project. In that case, go to Official site to download Crystal reports wiki page and download MSM File. You can then learn to include MSM file from the following link Using Crystal Reports Merge Modules MSM to create a Setup project

From the Windows Control Panel, go to "Programs and Features" and locate the "SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework." Note whether you have the 32-bit version or 64-bit version. Note the version number that is installed.

When attempting to view a Crystal Report through a web browser an HTTP 500 or "ActiveX component can't create object" error message is received. The ASP pages and reports are hosted on a 64-bit Windows IIS server.

Active Server Pages created by ReCrystallize Pro use 32-bit Crystal Reports runtime components. By default, 32-bit applications are not enabled in IIS on 64-bit versions of Windows. This results in an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to view the reports in a browser. e24fc04721
