Please read the following Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") carefully before using the CryptoWhistle application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This is a license agreement between you ("User") and the developer of CryptoWhistle, Alparen Alpınar ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). This agreement is solely between you and the Developer, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content.

CryptoWhistle is an information and tracking tool that monitors price movements, volume anomalies, overbought and oversold conditions, order book pressures, and futures funding rate irregularities in cryptocurrency markets in real time. The App does not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, or financial consulting services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not permit you to use the App on any device you do not own or control, except as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.
All data, signals, and notifications provided in the App are for informational purposes only. No signal, notification, or indicator constitutes a trading instruction. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, high-risk financial instruments, and prices can change significantly in a short period of time. You bear sole responsibility for all investment decisions you make. The App cannot be held liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the data it provides.
CryptoWhistle retrieves real-time market data from publicly available exchanges. However, data delays or gaps may occur due to internet connectivity issues, exchange-side disruptions, or technical failures. The App does not guarantee data accuracy or uninterrupted service continuity.
The App detects and notifies users of the following abnormal market conditions:
Volume Spike: An unusual and significant increase in average trading volume.
Price Anomaly: A notable price movement occurring within a short period of time.
RSI Anomaly: The market entering overbought or oversold territory.
Order Book Wall: Detection of a massive buy or sell order holding the price at a level.
High and Low Breakout: The highest or lowest level within a defined period being breached.
Funding Rate Anomaly: Detection of an unusual funding rate in futures markets.
These definitions are based on technical parameters and may be revised depending on market conditions.
The free tier offers limited coin tracking capacity, with notifications delivered on a 5-minute delay.
CryptoWhistle PRO is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, available in the following plans:
Monthly Plan — billed monthly, $4.99 per billing period (price may vary by region and is shown at checkout).
Annual Plan — billed annually, $49.99 per billing period (price may vary by region and is shown at checkout).
PRO subscribers receive: unlimited coin tracking, real-time (zero-latency) anomaly alerts, whale movement detection, and unlimited folder architecture.
If you purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings, after purchase.
Cancellations: Fees for past or current active billing periods are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of the current billing period.
The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. For support, contact the Developer at the email address listed in Section 1.
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the Developer's sole responsibility.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
The Developer may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and, where applicable, delete it from your devices.
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current Terms will always be accessible from within the App and via the App Store product page.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CryptoWhistle is a market radar tool and is not operated by any licensed financial institution, investment advisor, or brokerage firm. No content within the App, including notifications, signals, anomaly alerts, or chart data, may be interpreted as financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a trading signal. We strongly advise you to conduct your own research before investing in cryptocurrency assets, and to consult a licensed financial advisor if necessary. The Developer cannot be held responsible, directly or indirectly, under any circumstances, for any financial loss that users may incur as a result of decisions made through the App.
