Registration Information
The Chautauqua Youth Symphony provides aspiring musicians a professional orchestral experience. The Youth Symphony was established in 1986 under the name of Jamestown Orchestra of Youth. Now known as the Chautauqua Youth Symphony, the organization integrates all students from Chautauqua County and surrounding counties in New York and Pennsylvania.

Dear Musicians,
With great anticipation the Chautauqua Regional Youth Symphony Board of Directors invites you to participate in our 2023-2024 Season!
The Chautauqua Youth Symphony (CYS) is a regional orchestral program designed to give aspiring musicians an opportunity to perform in an orchestra. Thanks to the ongoing support of our generous donors we are very happy to announce the upcoming season will be tuition free!
Participating students are grouped by similar experience levels. Our priority is to place students in an ensemble that will give them the best musical experience. All students who play an orchestral instrument are welcome to play!
