本プライバシーポリシーは、しょくぱん（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「涙日記」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 取得する情報

(1) 利用者が本アプリ内で入力する情報

本アプリでは、利用者が記録する回数のカウントやメモなどの情報を取得します。これらの情報は利用者の端末内のみに保存（ローカル保存）され、当方のサーバーへ送信・収集されることはありません。

(2) 広告配信に伴って自動的に取得される情報

本アプリは、広告配信のために Google の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は広告の配信・最適化・効果測定のために、次のような情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。

• 広告識別子（広告ID / IDFA・AAID）

• IPアドレス、およびそれに基づくおおよその位置

• 端末情報（機種、OSバージョン等）

• 本アプリ内での操作・利用状況

2. 利用目的

• 利用者が入力した記録情報：本アプリの機能（記録・集計・カレンダー・レポート表示等）を提供するため

• 広告配信に伴い取得される情報：Google AdMob による広告の配信・最適化・効果測定のため

3. 第三者への提供・外部送信

当方は、利用者がアプリ内に入力した記録情報を第三者へ提供しません（端末内にのみ保存されます）。

広告配信に関連して取得される情報は、Google AdMob を通じて Google および広告配信事業者により取り扱われます。Google による情報の取り扱いについては、以下をご参照ください。

4. パーソナライズ広告とオプトアウト

本アプリではパーソナライズ広告が表示される場合があります。利用者は次の方法で、パーソナライズ広告を無効化・制限できます。

• 端末の設定：広告IDのリセット／「広告のトラッキングを制限」「広告のパーソナライズをオフ」（iOS／Android の設定）

• Google 広告設定：https://adssettings.google.com

• 本アプリの設定画面内「広告のプライバシー設定」（対象地域の場合）から、広告に関する同意を変更・撤回できます。

5. データの保存期間と削除

記録情報は利用者の端末内に保存されます。本アプリのアンインストール、または OS のアプリ設定からのデータ削除により、端末内の記録情報は削除されます。利用者は本アプリの CSV 書き出し機能により、自身の記録を任意にエクスポートできます。広告配信に伴うデータの保存・管理は Google のポリシーに従います。

6. 利用者の権利

適用される法令に応じて、利用者は自身の個人データについて以下の権利を有する場合があります。

• EEA・英国・スイスの利用者（GDPR等）：アクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限・異議、データポータビリティ等。広告に関する同意は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでも変更・撤回できます。

• 米国カリフォルニア州等の利用者：収集情報の開示請求、削除請求、個人情報の「販売／共有」のオプトアウト等。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子どもを主たる対象としたものではありません。当方は、対象地域における同意年齢未満の子どもから、意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 国際的なデータ移転

Google AdMob を通じて取得される情報は、利用者の居住国以外（米国を含む）で処理される場合があります。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新日とともに掲示します。

This Privacy Policy describes how shockpan ("we", "us") handles user information in the mobile application "Namida Diary" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

(1) Information you enter in the App

The App records information such as your tap counts and memos. This information is stored only on your device (locally) and is not transmitted to or collected by our servers.

(2) Information collected automatically through advertising

The App uses Google's advertising service "Google AdMob" to display ads. To deliver, optimize, and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA, AAID)

• IP address and approximate location derived from it

• Device information (model, OS version, etc.)

• Interactions and usage within the App

2. How We Use Information

• Information you enter: to provide the App's features (recording, totals, calendar, reports, etc.).

• Information collected through advertising: to deliver, optimize, and measure ads via Google AdMob.

3. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share the records you enter in the App with third parties (they remain stored only on your device).

4. Personalized Ads and Opt-Out

The App may show personalized ads. You can disable or limit personalized advertising as follows:

• Device settings: reset your advertising ID / "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Turn off ad personalization" (iOS/Android settings).

• From "Ad privacy settings" in the App's settings screen (where applicable), you can change or withdraw your consent for advertising.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Records are stored on your device. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data from your OS settings, deletes the records on your device. You can export your own records at any time using the App's CSV export feature. Retention and management of advertising data follow Google's policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (e.g., GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction/objection to processing, and data portability. You can change or withdraw advertising consent at any time from the App's settings screen.

• Users in California and similar US states: the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the "sale/sharing" of personal information.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed primarily to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of consent in the applicable region.

8. International Data Transfers

Information collected through Google AdMob may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will post them on this page together with the updated date.
