Crush On is designed with on-device AI processing. This policy explains what data is handled, how it is used, and how it is protected.

### 1. Core Principle: On-Device AI

• User prompts, chat messages, and AI responses are processed locally on the device. 

• We do **not** send chat content to third-party AI providers for inference. 

• We do **not** sell personal data.

### 2. Data We Process

**A. Data stored locally on your device** 

• Chat history and conversation settings 

• Character preferences and unlocked states 

• App settings and local subscription status cache

**B. Data handled by Apple** 

• In-app purchase billing and renewal are handled by Apple StoreKit 

• We receive subscription entitlement status required to unlock premium features

### 3. What We Send, To Whom, and Why

• We do not transmit chat content to any third-party AI service. 

• If diagnostics are enabled in future versions, we will disclose what technical data is sent, identify the recipient, and request consent where required.

### 4. Consent and User Control

• Where permission is required by law or platform policy, we ask for consent before relevant collection or transmission. 

• Users can delete local data via **Settings > Delete My Data**. 

• Subscriptions can be managed in Apple ID settings.

### 5. Data Retention

• Local data remains on device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app. 

• We retain only minimum support/account records required for customer support and legal obligations.

### 6. Third-Party Protection Commitment

If any third-party processor is introduced, equivalent or stronger contractual privacy protections are required.

### 7. Children’s Privacy

Crush On is intended for users aged 18+ and is not directed to children.

## Terms of Use

Welcome to Crush On. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

### 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Crush On, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

### 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Crush On. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

### 3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

### 4. Nature of the Service

Crush On provides AI-powered chat companions for entertainment purposes. You understand and acknowledge that:

• All AI characters are fictional and computer-generated

• Conversations are for entertainment only, not professional advice

• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate

• The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice

### 5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Crush On to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Post or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content

• Harass, bully, or intimidate others

• Share content involving minors in any inappropriate context

• Attempt to exploit, harm, or manipulate the AI system

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models

• Use the app for any commercial purpose without authorization

• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

### 6. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you input into the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

### 7. Subscriptions and Payments

#### 7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer auto-renewable subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed in the app.

#### 7.2 Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

#### 7.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

#### 7.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

#### 7.5 Free Trials

If offered, free trial periods will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

### 8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Crush On, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

### 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

### 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

### 11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Crush On at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Do not include sexually explicit content involving minors

• Do not attempt to extract personal information about real individuals

• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights

### 2. Personal Information Safety

For your protection, please DO NOT share:

• Your real full name

• Home address or location details

• Phone numbers or email addresses

• Financial information (bank accounts, credit cards)

• Social security numbers or government IDs

• Passwords or security credentials

• Workplace information

Remember: AI characters are fictional. Never share sensitive information in chat.

### 3. Understanding AI Limitations

Please keep in mind:

• AI characters are computer-generated fictional personas

• Responses are generated by machine learning and may contain errors

• The AI does not have real emotions, memories, or consciousness

• Information provided should not be considered professional advice

• Always verify important information from authoritative sources

• Do not rely on the AI for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice

### 4. Respectful Interaction

While interacting with AI characters:

• Treat the experience as entertainment

• Do not attempt to manipulate or "break" the AI

• Report any concerning outputs through the app

• Understand that the AI has built-in safety measures

• Inappropriate AI responses
