Guidelines for Abstract Submission and Presentation:

Abstract Submission Deadline:

• Interested participants must submit their abstracts by 10th February 2025 to crtdd2025@gmail.com

• The subject line of the email should be: “First Name Last Name-CRTDD2025-Oral/Poster” (Example: Sanket Rathod-CRTDD2025-Poster)

Mandatory Registration:

• Registration is mandatory for all oral and poster presentations

• Abstracts from unregistered participants will not be considered

Abstract Preparation Rules:

• Use the official abstract template to prepare your submission (Click here to download template)

• Abstracts must be concise and within the specified word limit mentioned in the template.

Selection Process:

• Abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere

• Only selected abstracts will be considered for oral and poster presentations

• Decisions of the scientific committee regarding abstract selection will be final

• Participants will receive a confirmation email regarding acceptance of their abstract by 15th February 2025

Selected participants must adhere to the presentation guidelines provided in the confirmation email
