This Privacy Policy describes how the game "Crown Tactics" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), developed by AZE Forge, collects, uses, and protects your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

2. Data Collected

The Game collects certain information to provide a seamless experience, including cross-device saving and online multiplayer.

Authentication and Cloud Save: We use Google Firebase to authenticate users (via Anonymous Login or Google Account Sign-In) and to securely back up game progress to the cloud. The data stored includes:

• User Authentication IDs (and Email address, only if you choose to link your Google Account).

• Gameplay progress (such as player level, rank, Crown Coins, and unlocked items like Titans, Avatars, and Emotes).

Technical and Usage Data: Data may be automatically collected through third-party services, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)

• Device model, Operating system, and Language

• Usage data (gameplay time, in-game events) and Crash reports

• Temporary network data (such as IP addresses or session IDs) strictly necessary to facilitate online multiplayer matchmaking via Unity Relay. This network data is not permanently stored.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is based on:

• Legitimate interest — to ensure proper operation, performance, and security of the Game

• Consent — for personalized advertising (where applicable)

4. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services that may collect data, including:

• Unity Technologies (Unity Analytics, Unity Ads)

• Google (Google Play Services, AdMob,Google Firebase for Database and Authentication )

• Apple (App Store Services) 

These services may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) using appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Game contains links to external platforms, such as our official Discord community. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites, as we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 

 The Game offers in-app purchases. All transactions are processed securely by third-party platforms (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not collect, process, or store your payment information, such as credit card details.

Account and Data Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your Cloud Save data and Authentication account. To request data deletion, please send an email to supportcrowntactics@gmail.com with your Player ID or linked email, and your data will be permanently removed from our Firebase servers. 

8. Data Security

Appropriate security measures are implemented to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
