Issue Solution
Forgot password: Use "Forgot Password" on login screen. Reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Not receiving reset email: Check spam/junk folder. Ensure you entered correct email address. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
Contact support if issue persists.
Email address changed: Contact support at +91 7088611369 to update your registered email. Identity verification will be required.
3.2 App Performance Issues
Issue Solution
App crashes on opening: Force stop the app, clear cache, and restart. Ensure you have the latest version installed.
Cannot post listing: Check internet connection. Verify all required fields are filled. Try logging out and back in.
Location not detected: Enable GPS/Location permissions in phone settings. Ensure you are in an area with network coverage.
Notifications not received: Check notification permissions in phone settings. Ensure Do Not Disturb is off.
