At Sheffield Taoist Centre Classes you will learn physical movements and breathing practices that provide a way in to ‘Dao Practice.” These include Tai Chi, Dao Yoga, QiGong & Kung Fu. The classes are taught by a highly experienced practitioner who has studied for many decades. ‘Dao Practice’ will benefit all aspects of your life including your health, your energy levels and your relationships with other people.
