Kennesaw State University is currently in need of a Customer Relationship Management system to manage the information received from industry partners. OwlForce is tasked with addressing the concerns by having a unified repository for all customer correspondence, relationships and follow-ups. This will create a streamlined process for recording information and sharing it with the appropriate personnel. The goal of this project is to have a centralized warehouse for managing customer interactions and connections. This, in return, would improve business relationships with current and potential clients. Upon completion, Kennesaw State University’s faculty/staff will be able to access, edit, add, and remove data to/from the CRM to reflect current status.
