password, used only to authenticate you against your organization's server.

- Location: with your permission, approximate/precise location is used for
features such as visit check-in and gate-entry GPS stamping.
- Files and photos: documents or images you choose to attach within the App.
- Device & technical data: basic device information and an advertising
identifier, used for app stability and diagnostics.

Information is used solely to provide the App's features (CRM, attendance/leave,
field service, reporting). Data you enter is transmitted to and stored on your
own organization's ERP server (the server URL you configure). We do not sell
your personal information.

Your data is processed by your organization, which controls its own ERP server.
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to operate
the service or comply with law.
