Activation and Registration Process of Cricut Autopress

To register with your account and activate your device to work properly, you can follow the given process:

• Connect one end of USB cord to your PC and the other end to the control pod.

• Visit cricut.com/setup and Continue.

• The pod will update the firmware or software if there's an update available.

• The machine and control pod will now be registered with your account and activated on your device automatically.

• Control pod display confirms the updation and the activation process and you'll get a message on your device as well for the confirmation.

• Now, make sure that the Cricut Autopress is Switched On.

• Connect the press and control pod with the help of USB cable.

• Then control pad will activate the press by using the stored information.

• Now the update process will begin and will appear onto the control pod display. Display will show UPD 100% and after that your press is ready to use.

How do you make a Project with Cricut Autopress?

• Design and cut the material.

• Then, according to the heat guide, preheat the base material.

• Place the base material in the center on the platen(your base material should have thickness of 5 cm).

• Arrange your design in center after putting it on top with the help of shiny liner side up.

• Use Cricut Pressing Mat when you're pressing clothes and when you're using a thicker materials you may skip the mat for the process.

• After that adjust heat settings and timer.

• Then lower down the top of the press and press the handle slowly.

• Now, Pressure will automatically be adjusted by Cricut Autopress.

• The press will open automatically when the timer reaches zero.

• Let cool down the Blank, transfer materials, and pressing mat.
