Data Retention

We retain your email address and account data for as long as your account remains active on CrickAI.

IMU sensor data collected via Bluetooth/device permissions is retained only for as long as needed to provide app functionality, and is not stored beyond your active session unless required for account history features.

Data collected through third-party services (Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) is retained according to those providers' own retention periods. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's Data Processing Terms.

If you request account deletion, all associated data is deleted within 14 days (see Data Deletion Policy below).

If your account is inactive for 30 days, we will email you. If it remains inactive for another 30 days, your account and data will be automatically deleted.

Data Deletion Policy

To request deletion of your CrickAI account and all associated data, email crickai10@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Your account will be deleted within 14 days.

If you do not request deletion but remain inactive for 30 days, we will send a reminder email. If your account is still inactive after another 30 days, it will be automatically deleted.
