CrewGenie ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: Email address (via Google or Apple Sign-In), display name, profile photo (optional).
Usage Data: Flight schedules, flight logbook entries, notes and debriefing records, community posts and marketplace listings.
Automatically Collected: Device type, OS version, crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), anonymous usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the App's features, authenticate your account, sync data across devices, improve performance, and respond to support inquiries.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). All transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Schedule data is stored privately and never shared with other users.
4. Third-Party Services
Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Sentry. These services may collect information per their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
You may access your data, delete your account, export logbook data (PDF/Excel), or opt out of analytics. Contact: crewgenie2@gmail.com
6. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
CrewGenie is not intended for children under 17.
