Venturing is for girls and boys aged 14-20 who want to have youth-led adventures and develop leadership skills and self-confidence along the way.
The youth plan and lead all events, the adults are only there to ensure safety guidelines and to provide mentoring.
There are few times that high schoolers are truly leaders and allowed to make their own decisions; Crew755 is one of them.
