Data we collect

Creofact collects only the data you explicitly enter: business details, client information, invoice and expense records, and time entries. We do not collect location data, contacts, or any information beyond what you provide.

Data storage

Your data is stored locally on your device and securely synced to Supabase, a cloud backend with servers in the EU. Cloud sync ensures your data is accessible across devices and protected against device loss.. We use Supabase's Row Level Security (RLS) so each user can only access their own data. Your data is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than providing the app's functionality.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the app\'s functionality — generating documents, displaying reports, and organizing records. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which features are used most) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify individual users and contains no personal or business information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, export, and delete all data stored by the app at any time. Use Tools > Data Export to export your data, or contact us to request permanent deletion of your account and associated records.

Children's privacy

Creofact is intended for use by adults operating a business. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age.
