Welcome to Credo, a mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by Shivam Garg, a sole proprietor (hereafter “Service Provider”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and the services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You are an Indian resident.
Credo allows users (“you” or “User”) to:
Create digital ledgers for customer/supplier relationships
Store, view, and manage invoice data
Upload and access invoice images using device camera or gallery
Maintain customer and supplier records linked to the user account
No financial services, payment gateways, or lending services are provided.
To access the Services, you must:
Create an account using your email and phone number
Provide accurate details (name, GST number, etc.)
Set a secure password (stored in hashed format)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at labscredo@gmail.com in case of any unauthorized access.
The App may request access to:
Camera: For invoice/document uploads
Gallery: To upload existing images
Contacts: For associating ledger data
Access is only used to provide specific features and is never shared or uploaded without your intent.
User data is securely stored on AWS India and MongoDB Atlas.
We implement reasonable security practices including hashing, access control, and encryption where applicable.
We do not collect or store sensitive personal data such as PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, or GPS information.
By using the App, you consent to:
Receive operational updates and notifications via email or push (via Firebase)
Be contacted for important service-related information
You can disable push notifications via your device settings.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Violate applicable Indian laws
Upload viruses, malicious files, or harmful content
Misrepresent your identity or misuse the Services
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
All intellectual property rights related to the App and Services, including logos, UI/UX, and content, belong to the Service Provider.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the Services
We decide to discontinue the App or its features
Upon termination, your access to all Services and data will be revoked. You can also request account deletion from within the app.
The App and Services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or available at all times
The Services will meet your specific requirements
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of the App
Any third-party claims linked to your use of Credo
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App implies your acceptance of the modified Terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Use of Advertising ID
Our app’s codebase includes a dependency that requests the Android Advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID). This ID is a unique, user-resettable identifier provided by Google Play services.
No Advertising or Marketing Use
We do not use the Advertising ID for displaying ads, targeting marketing communications, or sharing user data with advertisers. Our app contains no ads or promotional content.
Analytics Usage
While the app includes a third-party analytics SDK that may access the Advertising ID to collect anonymized usage metrics, we do not actively use this data to profile users or serve personalized content. Analytics data helps us improve app stability and performance.
User Control and Transparency

Data Security and Privacy
We do not collect or store personally identifiable information through the Advertising ID. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
