We collect technical information about the device you use, such as model, operating system version, device identifiers, Wi-Fi information, and related diagnostics. These details support service performance, enhance account security, and help detect abnormal or fraudulent activity.
Call Log Metadata
With your permission, we access limited call log metadata (e.g., call duration, call status, and phone number). This is strictly used to confirm Voice-OTP delivery and strengthen identity authentication and security checks. We do not access or store the content of your calls.
Camera Access
This permission enables you to capture photos or scan identity documents (such as your PAN card) within the App for verification and credit review purposes.
Installed App List
We may access information on non-system apps installed on your device as well as their update history. This supports our financial behavior assessment and contributes to credit analysis accuracy.
Approximate Location
We collect your coarse location information only to determine whether our services are available in your region and to support service eligibility checks. We do not track your real-time location, and this data is used only when features requiring location are active.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used to:
Deliver and operate services, including identity verification, credit assessment, and account management.
Improve the safety of your account by detecting risks, confirming Voice-OTP events, and preventing unauthorized activity.
