This Privacy Policy applies to the Credit Card Wallet: NFC Reader mobile application, hereafter referred to as the “Application.” The Application is provided by the Service Provider and is intended for use on an “AS IS” basis.
The Application may automatically collect limited technical and usage information when you download or use it. This information may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as an IP address
Device type, Android version, and operating system information
Application screens or features you use
The time and date of your use
The time spent using certain features
Crash reports, diagnostics, performance information, and general interaction data
Advertising identifiers and consent information, where permitted
This information may be processed through third-party advertising, analytics, billing, consent-management, crash-reporting, or configuration services.
The Application allows you to manually add and manage credit or debit card information on your Android device.
Information you save may include:
Cardholder name
Card number
Expiry date
Card nickname
Card colour or gradient
Other card details entered or detected by you
Your saved card information is stored locally on your device.
The Application uses AES-256-GCM encryption with Android Keystore to help protect saved card information.
The Service Provider does not upload, sync, remotely store, or back up your saved card information.
Your card information is not sent to the Service Provider’s servers.
No account or sign-up is required to use the card wallet features.
You can delete an individual saved card or clear all saved wallet information from within the Application.
The Application may request access to your device camera so you can scan a card and automatically detect available information.
Camera scanning uses on-device optical character recognition, also known as OCR. Card images and detected card information are processed locally on your device.
Card images and detected card details are not uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers.
You can review and edit detected information before saving it.
Camera scanning should only be used with cards that you own or are authorised to use.
The Application may use your device’s NFC functionality to read publicly available information shared by supported contactless EMV cards.
Depending on the card issuer, card type, and device, the information returned may be incomplete or unavailable.
NFC card information is processed locally on your device and is not sent to the Service Provider’s servers.
The Application:
Does not make payments
Does not support tap-to-pay
Does not transfer money
Does not access bank accounts
Does not replace Google Pay or another payment wallet
Does not verify whether a card account is active
You should only scan cards that you own or are authorised to use.
The Application may read supported NFC and NDEF tags.
Available tag records and technical information are processed and displayed locally on your device. The Service Provider does not upload this NFC tag information to its servers.
The Application includes an offline BIN checker that uses issuer-range information stored within the Application.
When you enter the first six or eight digits of a card number, the BIN lookup is performed locally on your device.
The entered BIN number and lookup results are not sent to the Service Provider’s servers.
The BIN checker may display available information such as:
Card issuer
Country
Card brand or network
Card type
Card category
Issuer website or contact details
BIN information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The Application does not guarantee that a BIN result identifies the current issuer or status of a card.
The Application may use the Luhn algorithm to check whether a card number follows a mathematically valid format and to detect a possible card network.
This validation is performed locally on your device.
The card number entered into the validator is not sent to the Service Provider’s servers.
A successful validation result does not confirm that:
The card exists
The account is active
The card belongs to a particular person
The card has available funds
A payment will be approved
The Application may include EMI, GST, SIP, and age calculators.
Information entered into these calculators is processed locally on your device and is not sent to the Service Provider’s servers.
Calculator results are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, investment, legal, or professional advice.
The Application may access the internet for services that are not related to storing or processing your saved card information.
Network access may be used for:
Displaying advertisements
Processing advertising consent
Verifying in-app purchases or subscriptions
Google Play Billing
Analytics and performance measurement
Crash reporting
Remote Config
Application updates
Security and service-related functionality
Your saved card numbers, scanned card images, NFC card results, BIN entries, and card-validator entries are not uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers.
The Application may request the following permissions or device capabilities:
Used for advertisements, consent management, billing, analytics, crash reporting, Remote Config, updates, and related online services.
Used to determine whether an internet connection is available for supported online services.
Used to support purchases or subscriptions through Google Play.
Used to read supported contactless EMV cards, NFC tags, and NDEF records.
The Application can still be installed on devices without NFC support, although NFC-related features will not be available.
Used for the on-device card-scanning and OCR feature.
The camera permission is optional. Other Application features may remain available if you do not grant camera access.
The Application may use third-party services that collect or process limited technical, usage, diagnostic, advertising, consent, or purchase-related information according to their own privacy policies.
These services may include:
Google Play Services
Google Play Billing
Google AdMob
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Remote Config
Google User Messaging Platform
These third-party services may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, consent choices, purchase status, crash information, and Application usage data.
The Service Provider does not provide your locally saved card information to these services.
The Application may display advertisements through Google AdMob or related advertising services.
Depending on your region and consent choices, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised.
Advertising providers may collect or process information such as:
Advertising identifiers
IP address
Device information
Approximate location derived from an IP address
Advertisement impressions, clicks, and interactions
Consent status
You may be presented with consent or privacy controls where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected or user-provided information:
When required by law or legal process
To comply with lawful requests from public authorities
To protect the rights, security, or safety of users, the Service Provider, or others
To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations
To trusted service providers that process information on behalf of the Service Provider under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations
The Service Provider does not sell your locally stored card information.
The Service Provider attempts to provide useful and accurate card-related tools. However, the Application does not guarantee that card details, NFC results, BIN information, issuer information, calculator results, or validation results will always be complete, accurate, current, or available.
The Application is a personal card organiser and informational utility.
It is not:
A bank
A financial institution
A payment service
A card issuer
A financial adviser
A tax adviser
An investment adviser
You remain responsible for reviewing all information and using the Application responsibly.
Card information saved in the wallet remains locally on your device until you delete an individual card, clear the wallet, clear the Application’s storage, or uninstall the Application.
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side copy of your saved wallet information.
Limited analytics, advertising, billing, crash-reporting, consent, and diagnostic information may be retained by third-party service providers according to their own retention policies.
You can delete locally stored card information by:
Deleting an individual card within the Application
Using the option to clear all wallet data
Clearing the Application’s storage through Android settings
Uninstalling the Application

Please note that the Service Provider cannot remotely delete card information stored only on your device because the Service Provider does not receive or maintain a copy of that information.
You can stop all collection of information through the Application by uninstalling it using your device’s standard uninstall process or the Google Play Store.
You may also manage:
Camera permission through Android settings
NFC functionality through device settings
Advertising consent through available consent controls
Advertising personalisation through your Google or device privacy settings
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect information.
Saved card information is encrypted locally using AES-256-GCM and keys protected through Android Keystore.
However, no device, software, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device by using appropriate security measures such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or device lock.
You must only use the Application’s camera, NFC, card-scanning, and card-management features with cards that you own or are authorised to access.
You must not use the Application to access, collect, validate, copy, or misuse another person’s card information without their permission.
The Application must not be used for fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or unauthorised activities.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any updates will be published on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
