Cash Express (the "App") is a personal finance education tool designed to help users track expenses, estimate loan repayments, and learn financial concepts. This App does not offer, process, or broker any actual loans or financial services.

1. Data Collection & Local Storage
We believe in absolute data minimization.
No Personal Information Required: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number) to use the App.
Local Storage Only: All financial data you enter—including income tracker entries, expense values, repayment estimation inputs, and financial goals—is stored exclusively on your physical device using secure local storage (SharedPreferences).
Important: Because your data is stored entirely on your local device, deleting the App or clearing its storage data via your device settings will permanently erase your financial history. You can also manually delete all data instantly using the "Clear all data" button inside the App settings.
2. Permissions & Device Features
The App may utilize standard device capabilities to enhance your user experience:
Notifications: If enabled, the App uses local device notifications to deliver daily reminders (e.g., at 8:00 PM) to help you stay on track with your budgeting goals. This reminder metadata stays entirely on your device and does not connect to an external server.
3. Third-Party Services and Analytics
No External Transmission: Cash Express does not transmit, upload, or sync your financial input data to any external backend, cloud infrastructure, or third-party servers.
No Advertising/Tracking: The App does not integrate with third-party advertising networks or tracking SDKs that profile your behavior.
4. Data Security
We implement standard industry best practices to protect data locally on your device. However, the ultimate security of your data depends on securing your personal mobile device. We recommend using device-level security features like passcodes, Touch ID, or Face ID to prevent unauthorized physical access to your financial inputs.
5. Children’s Privacy
Because Cash Express is purely an educational tool and does not collect, harvest, or request any personal identification or network data from its users, it is safe for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we update it, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Any updates will become effective immediately upon being published within the App interface.
