TravelEnvyy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the CrediBud: Sales & Expenses mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the App, we may collect the following:

• Phone Number: Used solely for OTP-based login and account authentication so you can save your data and access your account across different devices.

• User ID: Generated to identify your account.

• Device ID: Collected to support account functionality and analytics.

• Avatar: You may optionally upload or change a profile picture.

• App Usage Data: Information related to your sales budget entries, category amounts, expense history, and similar data you enter into the App.

We integrate Adjust for advertising and attribution statistics. Adjust may collect certain device and usage information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

We do not collect more personal information than necessary for the App’s core functions (login, data saving across devices, budget tracking, and basic analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your identity via OTP login

• Enable you to save and sync your sales budget and expense data across devices

• Provide and improve the App’s features (budget tracking, category management, history)

• Support advertising and performance measurement through Adjust

• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the App

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the App (including Adjust for ad statistics)

• When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices

• You can change your avatar at any time within the App.

• You can log out of your account.

• You may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
