Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan was born on 27^th December 1965 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Besides as an actor, he is also a producer, television personality, singer, and philanthropist. Salman is popularly known as “Sallu Bhai” and “Bhaijaan” by his fans. He has won many awards during his filming career. He is one of the most successful Bollywood actors of the current time.

The son of the screenwriter Salim Khan, the actor began his acting career with a supporting role in ‘Biwi Ho To Aisi’ in 1988.
