Intellectual dialogue

We provide you with dialogue and interaction services based on generative artificial intelligence modeling technology. You can send us text, voice, images, and other content through the dialog box, or click the operation bar button to directly send operation command requests. We will automatically receive the above information and provide you with conversation services in the form of text and images.

1.1 When you take photos or input image or voice information, we will request authorization for camera, album (storage), and microphone permissions based on the functional requirements and the type of information you input. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to take photos or input image and voice information, but it will not affect your use of other functions. Specifically, in your conversation with AI:

a. When you use health consultation related functions, we may ask you to enter your medical history, allergy history, test results, and other information, and generate replies, answer content, and consultation summaries or reports (not constituting medical advice) based on the content you enter for reference.

b. When you use the AI image function, we will actively upload or bring you to the cloud for processing, and use artificial intelligence technology for processing. When AI avatar technology is upgraded, we will automatically update your AI avatar based on the above images. Please rest assured that during this process, we will not extract any personal information or identity that identifies you, nor will we use the images you upload for any other purpose.

c. When you make a search request while conversing with AI, we will automatically receive the information you actively input in order to provide you with real-time search results. Among them, when you ask us for nearby location information, such as "Where are the nearby cafes?", in order to answer your question (i.e. recommend nearby shops and/or service information to you), we may collect your precise geographic location. Geographic location can include precise geographic location information obtained from sensors such as GPS sensors, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations. We will only collect your precise geographic location when you explicitly search for nearby locations. Accurate geographic location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide, we will not recommend relevant information about nearby locations based on the geographic location obtained from GPS sensors, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions we provide. We will only display potentially relevant content or services to you based on geographic location information obtained through district and county level network location information, such as base stations, IP addresses, and WLAN.

d. Route planning services. When you request us to provide route planning services, we may collect your precise geographic location as described above. We will only collect your precise geographic location when you have clear route planning requirements. Accurate geographic location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide, we will not provide route planning services based on your location, but it will not affect the normal use of other features we provide. We will only display potentially relevant content or services to you based on geographic location information obtained through district and county level network location information, such as base stations, IP addresses, and WLAN.

e. If the chat information you input or submit contains personal information of others, especially when using the recording summary function, if the recording content involves other speakers, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of others before providing this information to avoid their information being improperly disclosed.
