• Output Data – the AI-generated avatars or transformed images created from your uploaded photos.
Face Data is considered a special category of personal information and is handled with strict privacy protection.
We process your Face Data solely for the purpose of:
• generating AI avatars, effects, or transformations;
• improving the accuracy and quality of these features;
• providing customer-requested outputs.
We do not use Face Data for advertising, identification, facial recognition, or training our own AI models unless explicitly stated and separately consented.
• All Face Data is processed using secure, encrypted communication protocols.
• Input photos may be temporarily stored to complete the generation process.
• Output results (avatars, edited images) are stored only on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
• We apply industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
• Input photos are automatically deleted from our servers once processing is completed (usually within minutes or hours, depending on the feature).
• Output images are saved only on your device unless you manually save them to cloud services or storage.
• No Face Data is kept longer than necessary to provide the service.
You may request deletion of any stored Face Data at any time by:
• using in-app deletion tools (if available); or
• contacting our support team at the email address provided in the app.
Upon request, we delete all remaining Face Data from our systems within a reasonable time frame.
Some AI features may use trusted third-party processing providers to generate avatars or transformations.
These providers:
• process photos only to deliver the requested results;
• do not use Face Data for training, identification, or any additional purpose;
• comply with industry security and privacy standards.
We do not sell, trade, or share Face Data with any external parties for marketing or advertising.
By uploading photos or using Face-based AI features, you acknowledge and consent to the temporary processing of Face Data solely for generating the requested outputs.
