Using a 0.5 mm tip at 20 to 40 psi produces the best spraying results. With lower PSI, you can thin with Createx 4011 Reducer to reach tip sizes as small as 0.18 mm for finer work.
Mixing clear is not required. They level nicely right out of the bottle and attach firmly because of their acrylic-urethane resin. 4011 Reducer, however, is used for thinner mixes for fine-line work.
Yes—car graphics can be done with these long-lasting, lightfast paints that can resist exposure to the elements. They stick effectively to primer or base paints that have dried when the surface is suitably prepared.
For everyday use, use up to 10% of Createx 4011 Reducer; greater ratios enable ultra-fine atomization with tiny tip sizes (0.18 mm) and lower PSI.
Jet Black W031, Flat Black W098, Daylight Blue W087, Pyrrole Red W083, Raw Umber W097, and Teal W099 are popular tints that are available in different sizes up to gallon quantities.
The 12-color Opaque Set (W130), Opaque Primary Set (W131), Earth Tones Set (W136), and a 2024 Opaque Set (W2024) are among the combo sets that SprayGunner offers.
Exceptionally robust—their composition enables robust adhesion to metal, aluminum, composites, plastics, urethane, and cured car paint; perfect even for pasted graphics without lifting.
Of course! Spray from the bottle using a 0.5 mm tip, thin with 4011 Reducer if necessary, clean and scuff hard substrates, and use higher PSI (20–40) for even coverage. Reduce PSI and use smaller tips for tiny lines.
