Nurses across the country are suffering from or at the brink of suffering from a phenomenon called BURNOUT. This can be observed in many if not all of the hospitals worldwide. Burnout is a real issue and it threatens the Nurses' well-being, productivity, and longevity. Burnout affects the Nurses' ability to render safe and efficient patient care. Burnout also creates staffing instability in Hospitals and is one of the main reasons why a healthcare facility is almost always short-staffed. Burnout brings about low staff retention and/or high staff turnover.
Burnout has negatively impacted us for ages and it needs to be stopped now. Introducing The Pack Project. Inspired by wolves and their natural ability to organize themselves into packs and survive in the wild, this project aims to address the main causes of Staff Burnout to ensure employment longevity for the Nurses and staffing stability for Hospitals by organizing and strengthening the healthcare team.
The pandemic has caught our healthcare teams in an already weakened state. Now is the time to address Nurse Burnout to increase our chances of beating this pandemic. All else will fail if the nursing team fails. Click the I AM A NURSE AND I WANT IN button or WE ARE A HOSPITAL AND WE WANT IN button to start learning more about the project and how this project could be the perfect solution for you and your healthcare facility and our Nation as a whole.
Due to the rise of COVID-19 cases we are offering this project for FREE to all interested Nurses and Hospitals. However, feel free to click the DONATE TO THE PACK PROJECT button if you want to support the founder of the project, launch the project, and make the project successful.
