Immediate Reporting: Any CSAE content or user accounts found to share or promote such content will be immediately reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent agencies in other regions.
Account Termination: Accounts found engaging in CSAE or related harmful behavior are permanently banned and their data may be preserved for investigation purposes.
User Reporting Tools: Users can report any content or behavior they believe may involve CSAE directly within the app. These reports are reviewed promptly and handled with strict confidentiality.
Training & Compliance: Our team follows international best practices for online child safety, including Google Play Developer CSAE requirements, and complies with applicable laws such as COPPA, GDPR, and Brazil’s ECA (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente).
