01 general terms

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.

02 payment

• The currency that will be used is PHP (Philippine Peso) and USD (US dollar).

• Payments will be sent over gash, maya and paypal only.

• Commissions are either paid:

• 50% after the initial sketch / conceptualization and 50% after commission completion,

• or 100% upfront after the initial sketch / conceptualization.

• Do not send me any payment before I have sent you an invoice.

• If you refuse to pay downpayment, I will not start on the artwork.

• if you refuse to pay for the artwork, I will have the full right to profit off of the piece in any way.

03 process & delivery

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks to 1.5 months depending on factors such as academics, health, personal business, and other work. (I will inform you for any extension of time needed )

• You may ask me for updates and request to see the current situation of the work through direct messages.

• Once the artwork is finished, I will be sending a google drive link through direct message / email with the full-resolution image in png format, this includes versions such as; no background, plain background, basic coloring, and fully rendered pieces.

04 revisions

• During the process of the commission, you will get a total of 3 minimum revisions;

• After the composition sketch,

• After the sketch or line art,

• And after the coloring or rendering.

• Additional revisions are given upon request with no additional charge.

• Minor and Major changes are charged with set fees in which the weight of the change shall be discussed during the revision (reference the price list for the fee under additional fees)

• unless the misunderstanding is from my side.

05 copyright & usage

• I, Yzabel ( the artist ) :

  • I reserve the right to ask for a deadline extension for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.

• You ( the client / commissioner ) :

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credits.

  • You may NOT make profit / use the artwork for commercial purposes. They are for PERSONAL USE only.

  • You may NOT alter the artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may not remove the artist's watermark.

  • The following are considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially ( making money off it in any way ).

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

06 cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellation of the commission has a fee of 250 pesos / 5 usd and is only valid if;

• the final stage hasn't been started on,

• and if the commission isn't paid up front.

• I will refund cancelled orders if;

• the final stage hasn't been started on,

• exceeded the timeframe without notice or agreement.

• and if I cancelled the order for any reason.

• Once progress has been made past the composition sketch, I will send the work and pronounce it as finished.

07 reservation

• Reservation will only be valid if;

• I agreed to the slot reservation and

• If the reservation form is accomplished.

• There is no reservation fee.

• There is no cancellation fee for the reservation.

• Reservation period does not have an expiration date.

• The slot reservations will follow a first come, first served basis.
