Workshop on "The Causes and Consequences of Inequality"

Sponsored by the Collaborative Research Center Transregio 224

3rd - 4th June, Mannheim

The workshop will take place virtually on the 3rd and 4th of June 2021. It intends to bring together researchers that work on the causes and consequences of inequalities during different stages of life. In particular, we focus on crucial topics within childhood, adulthood, and old age. The workshop aims to foster an exchange that transcends research in the separate stages of life and to gain a broader view of how inequalities over individuals’ lifetime are connected.

Keynote speakers:

Maarten Lindeboom, VU Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Núria Rodríguez-Planas, City University of New York

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation we had to move the workshop fully online. All sessions will be held virtually on Zoom and GATHER.TOWN.
