If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users, including those using free features, free trials, or paid subscriptions.
Cram AI is an educational tool that provides:
Smart notes generated from text, images, PDFs, and YouTube links
AI chat for explanations based on each note
Mind maps
Flashcards
Quizzes
Speech-to-text note generation
The App does not provide any medical, legal, or professional advice.
It is intended for personal learning & productivity only.
To use certain features, you must log in using:
Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain its confidentiality.
We do not store any passwords or sensitive authentication data.
Cram AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features such as unlimited smart notes, unlimited AI usage, and advanced learning tools.
Weekly Plan — $4.99 per week
Monthly Plan — $9.99 per month
Yearly Plan — $49.99 per year
Prices may vary depending on your country or region.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Payments are processed securely via Apple In-App Purchases.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time Cancelling stops future renewals, but you will keep access for the remainder of the paid period.
Refunds are handled directly by Apple according to App Store policy.
New users may receive a limited free trial.
We may modify, limit, or remove trial availability at any time.
You are responsible for any content you upload into the App, including:
PDFs
Images
Extracted text
Audio recordings
Note content
You confirm that you have the right to upload and process that content.
We do not store or share your files all content is processed securely.
All features, algorithms, UI designs, branding, and in-app assets belong to Cram AI.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Reverse-engineer it
Use it for commercial training purposes
Resell, modify, or reuse AI-generated outputs commercially without permission
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for cheating in exams or academic misconduct
Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
Interfere with the App’s operation or servers
We may suspend or terminate access for violating these rules.
Cram AI uses third-party AI API Gemini.
AI outputs may not always be accurate.
You are responsible for verifying information before use.
The developer is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The App integrates with:
Firebase Authentication
Gemini APIs
RevenueCat subscription system
Camera & microphone APIs
Local device storage
These services have their own terms and policies.
By using the App, you agree to those third-party conditions.
We do not store:
User files
Smart notes
Images/PDFs
Microphone recordings
Personal data outside what’s required for login

We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse App features
You attempt fraud or subscription abuse
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:

Availability
Error-free operation
Data loss or corruption
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is NOT liable for:
Loss of data
AI mistakes or inaccuracies
Damages resulting from misuse
Inability to access premium features
Technical or service interruptions
We may update these Terms at any time.
