CRAHawaii
Dear CRAHAWAII Friends and Family
Effective April 17th, 2025
We are sad to say goodbye to our friends we have made over the years. But time and events are inevitable and always changing. We must change with the times and dissolve our local Chevron Retirees organization.
Our bank account will be closed and the balance will be donated to the Honolulu Zoological Society. We believe that the donation will benefit the community and the animals.
Below are some notes from our board and past president Darlene.
Ken:
Thank you for all the good memories we shared both in the Refinery and at the retiree’s gathering.
Godbless and take care🙏🏽
Ah Hui Hou
Cheri:
Mahalo and Aloha for our wonderful gatherings, especially our Christmas celebrations at the Waialae Country Club. We will miss seeing you. God bless and take care of yourselves. Cheri
Darlene:
It was an honor to serve as the president of the association for 20 years. I enjoyed every luncheon meeting and all the hard work that was involved. Best of all, I enjoyed the friendship of my fellow retirees. Aloha Darlene
Pete:
Thanks for the memories. I had fun, laughed, made new friends and ate plenty of food. Even though we will not have local meetings we can still join another chapter for information, tips, newsletters and if you go to the mainland then drop into a local meeting. Click the Chevron Retirees link below for chapters and information. Pete
