Personal Statement:

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. If you are struggling with a critical inner voice, navigating difficult life transitions, or hoping to understand your emotions and experiences more deeply, you are in the right place. I work to empower your unique and beautiful strengths, build self-acceptance and resiliency, and confront challenges that are limiting your ability to feel inner peace. I believe that you are the expert of your life and experiences, and I will always honor this. My role is to bring a new perspective to assist you in meeting your goals and create a space for healing and growth.

I am skilled at working with clients of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and attachment concerns. I am particularly skilled at working with LGBTQAI+ individuals, parenting or pregnant clients, and clients from first-generation backgrounds. I love working with clients of all backgrounds and experiences.
